Containing the sound of space. Solitary, being, living, or going alone without companions. Confinement is the act of confining or the state of being confined. Entering a state is confined by space based on what it energetically holds and consciously what it can become. This work delves into the interplay between isolation and presence, exploring how physical spaces can shape and be shaped by the energies and consciousness within them. Utilizing a contact microphone, the performance embodies the space, capturing its unique auditory and sensory qualities, and transforming solitude and confinement into a profound experience.
